FIM2010 R2 trigger

The FIM trigger is a custom trigger, and specifically build for Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2.

 

       General setting
       All general custom trigger settings are described below, to develop your own trigger plugin read more here.

 

Type
 
The FIM2010 R2 trigger is called "Traxion.IM.Scheduler.Plugins.Custom.FIMR2Trigger"

 

Parameters

 
The following parameters apply for the FIM R2 trigger.

 

Server
This is the location to the FIM sql server that is used for detecting delta's. .

 

Database
Name of the database, default is FIMService.

 

Use integrated security
If set to "True" (default) then the current user (IM Sequencer service account) will be used to connect to the SQL server.
 
The account used to connect needs to have a SQL login and the following rights within the SQL database defined in the parameter 'Database'.
- Read rights to the table 'RequestLog'
- If filter on resource types, read rights to the table 'objecttypeinternal' and 'objects'
- If filter on attribute types, read rights to the table 'attributeinternal'

 

Filter for resource types
List of resource types (separated by ';') to filter for when looking for changes, for instance filter only on 'Person' resources, leave empty to not filter on specific resource types. Changes on certain resources do not necessary need to trigger the synchronization. Always use the system name as value defined within the FIM portal (not the displayname).

 

Filter for attributes
List of attribute names (separated by ';') to filter for when looking for changes, for instance filter only on 'LoginName' attribute changes, leave empty to not filter on specific attributes (in combination with resource  types). Changes on certain attributes do not necessary need to trigger the synchronization. Always use the system name as value defined within the FIM portal (not the displayname).

 

Domain
If integrated security is not used you will need to provide a domain for the username..

 

Username
If integrated security is not used you will need to provide a valid username to connect to FIM.

 

Password
If integrated security is not used you will need to provide a password for the username.

 

SQL Timeout
Set the timeout in seconds that the sql query should run in.
